The (Hobie) Billingsley Diving Center (BDC) is a state of the art facility and is home to the Indiana Hoosiers’ Diving Team. With a full set of platforms and two of each springboard, the divers train year long to achieve goals of greatness and Olympic aspirations. On deck and between dives, divers and their coaches study their dives via our three Tivo Systems that allows for instant visual feedback. Connected to each Tivo is a VCR system that allows the diver to record their practice and study it closer on the visualization station. There, three televisions and VCRs are setup so that the diver can watch their dive and compare it to the footage of other world-class divers. In addition, the diving well has a sparging system under each level for the purpose of learning new dives and soften the impact on water during the learning process.
In the same building as the Billingsley Diving Center, the Student Recreations Sports Complex offers us an advanced weightroom that is very sutiable for young divers. To the right you can see that there is never an opportunity to wait in line. We like to teach our divers to get the work done correctly and quickly as it will better your training habits.

Our Bubbler system helps reduce pain of smacks and eases the fear of conquering new dives...check it out in action!
